Usage Instructions:
The following concentrations are recommended: 1.0% to 5% (10 to 50 grams of salt per 1 liter of water). Dissolve the salt in warm or hot water. To improve the taste and reduce the high alkalinity, it is recommended to use warm carbonated water (water containing carbon dioxide).
Each cup should be sipped slowly over 3-5 minutes, with a 6-10 minute break between cups. A single dose is 200 – 400 ml unless otherwise directed by a doctor.
