Group excursions are convenient. But they have one fundamental drawback: you travel when it suits the organiser, with people you don’t know, on a route someone else designed. The bus leaves at 05:00 — so you’re up at 04:30. The group wants shopping — you go shopping, even if it doesn’t interest you. The children are tired — you wait until everyone is back on the bus.
A private tour works differently. You choose the day. You choose the route. We pick you up directly from your hotel. You travel at your own pace, stop where you want, eat where you like. No one else’s schedule.

A child needs the bathroom at the wrong moment, gets hungry, tires out before everyone else — and the whole group is inconvenienced. Many people come to Karlovy Vary for a drinking cure and want to use a free day for a trip — but aren’t ready for an early bus departure and hours of walking at a tourist group’s pace. We organise trips in any direction — but here are the routes requested most often.
Germany’s capital is 5–6 hours from Karlovy Vary. One day: the Berlin Wall (East Side Gallery), Brandenburg Gate, Reichstag, Museum Island, Potsdamer Platz. Two days: add Potsdam, Sanssouci, and a deeper look at Cold War history. Berlin is one of those cities where two days pass like one.
One hour forty minutes from Karlovy Vary — the closest major destination. One day: Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter. For those who want to go deeper — a second day through the neighbourhoods most tourists miss: Vyšehrad, Malá Strana, Žižkov.
3.5–4 hours from Karlovy Vary through the Czech Republic and Germany. One day: Marienplatz, the English Garden, the Deutsches Museum, Hofbräuhaus. For castle lovers — a route via Neuschwanstein: Ludwig II’s fairy-tale castle in the Bavarian Alps, which many call the most beautiful in the world.
About 4 hours. One day: Hofburg, Schönbrunn, the Ringstrasse, Kärntner Strasse, Viennese coffee houses. Two days: add the Vienna Woods, Krems, Melk Abbey in the Wachau valley. Or Vienna + Budapest over two days — the classic pairing of two imperial capitals.
Two days, four countries. The Rhine Falls, Zurich, Bern, Interlaken, Lucerne, Liechtenstein. One of the most packed itineraries we run — and one of the most memorable. More detail in our Switzerland in 2 Days article.
About 7 hours to Venice — a serious journey, minimum two days. Venice: gondolas, St Mark’s Square, the Doge’s Palace, the islands of Murano and Burano. Milan: the Duomo, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, Santa Maria delle Grazie with Leonardo’s Last Supper. For shopping — the Serravalle Scrivia outlet, an hour from Milan.
For those who want to combine travel with shopping. Ingolstadt Village is one of Europe’s finest designer outlets: Prada, Gucci, Burberry, Armani at 30–70% off. Can be combined with Munich — a full day with culture in the morning and shopping in the afternoon.

We pick you up from your hotel. No need to find a bus stop in the dark. A comfortable vehicle arrives at your hotel at the agreed time.
A Russian-speaking guide for the entire route. The guide isn’t just a navigator. They know the history of every place, answer questions, help with ticket bookings, know where to eat well and where not to bother. Travelling with a guide and travelling independently are fundamentally different experiences.
Flexible itinerary. Spent longer in the museum than planned — no problem. Found an interesting street — you can turn down it. Want to head back earlier — you leave. The route serves you, not the other way around.
Multi-day tours. For trips of two or more days, we help select hotels along the route — or guests choose their own. The price includes accommodation for the driver and guide, all transfers and travel between stops.
